Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, service interest and message. When you request the WWA Illume launch pack, we collect the email address you provide for that request.

How we use your information

We use contact enquiries to respond to you, discuss our services and manage our business relationship. We use Illume launch-pack requests to send the two requested PDFs and the YouTube launch-event link, notify WWA that the pack has been requested, and follow up with you about what you think. We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request or, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business.

Who we share it with

Contact-form submissions are handled using Netlify Forms, our website hosting and form service. Illume launch-pack requests are handled by a Netlify Function and Resend, our email delivery provider. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our email and IT systems. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and launch-pack request information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry or request, manage the resulting relationship and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

Your rights
